A valid BaseState certificate indicates the individual passed an assessment on safe, human-in-the-loop AI use and your organization's AI policy basics.

BaseState certificates include cryptographic hashing for tamper-proof verification. Employers, auditors, and regulators can verify any certificate using this portal.
